Formed on November 25, 2010 Radhika Constructions brand named as RADHIKA HOMES Pune is a Proprietorship Company to cater a large size business requirement in terms of home search and property search solutions. The company initially acted as research agency for customers and developers in understanding needs, demand and market trends in real estate.
Followed by this organisation started with their own market search engine for new home buyers in and around PMC and PCMC area with variety of options available from multiple locations.
Expanding the operation in 2013, Radhika Constructions ventured in Sole Selling of individual developer and got a leap in designing end to end solutions including home search, property search engine, exhibition and marketing for specific properties, sole selling of properties, Bank loans for end customers. In short it was one window solution for real estate requirement on consultancy basis.

Based on good amount of knowledge in the field of market research with formal doctorate (PhD) in the field of market research and consumer buying behavior in real estate segment in Pune, team comprises of people who are equally qualified and experienced staff pyramid and caters in the field of market research, market analysis, marketing activities, pre sales, sales, sales operations and customer care, real estate project management, Engineering.
Radhika Homes current project cater the market of Pune and Nashik area with an inventory of 240 Flats with wide range of choices to pick from.
2018, Radhika Homes has started their first completely independent site near Hinjawadi Phase – 3 on Hinjawadi Pirangut Road with 81 flats named “SRINIVASA” (RERA - P52100015587) for which the construction is in full swing and project is nearing possession. Organisation is still in expansion phase in the same area and has a confirmed land bank of around 15 acres in different area where plans are in design phase.
